Hi, my name is Rhi, I love to play the Sims. I have been playing the Sims since 2004. On this blog, all of the posts will be related to the Sims, either by me talking about my Sims that I create, or by talking about Sims sites. My favourite expansion packs are highlighted in blue (below).
When the Sims 2 was introduced, the first game I got of it was Pets. It was a gift from my mum, but until I tried to put it on my computer, we realised we need to get the base game first! Then on I have been trying to collect every single Sims 2 game, but now that the Sims 3 has come out, it is almost impossible, just like trying to find the first games.
When the Sims 3 came out, I seriously thought it was going to be awesome, when I brought it, $AUD100 later, I spent probably 2 hours before giving up on it, and deleting it from my computer and not playing it for years. I found it annoying, slow, graphics were terrible, and I was lead on to believe you could watch them go to work/school, not only could they not do that, but you lost the ability to watch them shop as well!
Update (2014): I have retried the Sims 3 and so far my views have changed a bit. I'm still unhappy with the whole 'rabbit hole' thing, but I have warmed up to the game. I haven't been on this site in years! I am thinking for old times sake that I should do another '20 Babies Challenge' again, but this time in the Sims 3!
