Ok, so I've been on modthesims.info and some of the stuff on there is really cool. But unfortunately I can't download any of it because I have no internet on the computer with my Sims games. Any way, I did find some sites where I can download stuff on another computer and then carry it over to the computer with the sims games on it via USB.
These three sites are very cool, and I would recommend them.

The Liana and Annamaria websites are really awesome!! the designs are phenomenal.
